This flyer is better than some. It flies well just like a frisbee should. The biggest issue is it is not very rugged. My dog put holes in it with his teeth right away. After just a few days it was looking pretty ragged. We have since found disks that are much better made and can take the abuse. If your dog is not very active and is easy on toys this might work for you.

I had some by the same manufacturer that are close to 10 years old. These are close to trash already. The material is much cheaper than the old ones.

We have two smallish dogs. They love theses things. When they get dirty we hose them off. We have put them in the washer with a mild hypo allergenic non scented detergent. They come out fine. They fly pretty good. We have one dog that loves to catch and these are much gentler on her than an actual plastic frizbee. We are on our second pair of these. We are averaging 1 set a summer. Well worth it.

I've had this toy for years. My dog loves it. Very sturdy. Flies well.Kind of hard to clean. Overall, better than plastic.

It's sturdy, it floats, it flies, it's soft on my dogs mouth. My shepherd loves to play with it in her pool. It is lightweight so I can throw it around the house without damaging anything and she loves to catch it in the yard. You can even roll it quickly along the ground so your dog can chase it.

We’ve gone through half a dozen, or so, of these. Some last a good long while (12 months). Others tear fairly quickly. We try to avoid the tug of war our dog loves. Flies pretty well, though always tails in the direction of spin. Easy to catch. Not for long distance throws...max about 60 ft. Sun fades the color fairly quickly, but the dog doesn’t seem to mind

I buy several at a time because they get torn up using them. Pretty sturdy for what they are. I don’t want my spoo catching a piece of plastic going 20mph so we have to go with textile. They fly well. Don’t play tug with them. Only use is your dog will give up the frisbee freely.

I have bought the 10" Booda Tail-Spin Flyer for 11 years now. Me and my dogs love them. But these were defects for 2 reasons. 1) They are shaped like an oval because the soft outer rubber ring was pulled too tightly before sewing causing it to be an oval shape. The one in the image is 10" x 9". 2) The material must be left slightly loose (evenly sewn) so that it creates an air pocket allowing the disc to hover and lower slowly to the ground. The image is a 9-inch paper plate laid over the "10" inch disc (cut out so you see the disc edge). It fits the 9-inch paper plate nicely for half the size of the plate. The disc is a hybrid between a 9-inch and 10-inch.These 2 discs wobbled like an out of balance tire, turned sideways/vertical, and crashed to the ground.Made correctly, I haven't found a better disc and I have tried 5 popular brands.
