This petticoat is definitely a great buy! The quality is perfect. I ordered the red one in a size small/medium, I am 125 pounds and it fit very well. It gave me the perfect “fullness/swirl around”I was looking for on my 50s style Christmas dress! . I would highly recommend this product.!

Great purchase! It arrived quickly and nicely packaged. It has good stiffness, making for great volume. Pics show my Ring Leader costume with and without the petticoat. I hit it quickly with a handheld steamer. It would be even fluffier with a more meticulous steam job. Color was perfect. I stitched a large tuck around the waist to shorten it for this look. It was still smooth around my waist and didn’t add bulk. Very stretchy around the waist. Standard polyester lining fabric underneath. Does not have fishing line hem, but doesn’t need it. It is Fluff.
