Easy install, only issue i ran into is if your walkers are missing the rubber cap for the AUX port the headset wont work properly, fixed that by throwing in a small rubber O-ring, no fault of the product.only thing i would like to see improved for the price is make the cable removable from the headset, makes it very awkward to try and route cables in a clean manner, in addition to now having a large cable swinging around your walkers if you aren't running the radio at that exact moment.overall good product and works well. PTT functions as intended

The two parts are different colored. The lock system is poor and falls off with any bump. The audio quality is good.

Needed a solution in a pinch and that’s what I got. The 2 pin plugs doesn’t sit properly in my yaesu radio and will intermittently cut off any receiving and transmitting signals when in a chest rig/plate carrier. BUT when it is stationary, you’ll get a clear cut audio to headset.I’ve found that you can make a stable platform in your radio pouch by grabbing some cardboard boxes to shape the pouch to the radio. The shell for the 7mm plug and PTT button is flimsy and will break. The second piece of advice I can give is to get creative with duct tape.

Headset and ptt are abysmal.Starting with the push to talk, the item feels extremely cheap. I understand that this is supposed to be an inexpensive item, not for hard use butt. I felt like I was going to break it every time I plugged the mail connector from the mic. The button is not very tactile and if you use this for any sort of airsoft it probably will break under that level of use.When it comes to the microphone setup was super easy. I hooked it up to four different bao fang radios that other headsets work with and this one absolutely did not work. The receiving audio was so quiet. I thought I was picking up background noise. Regardless of how loud you turn your headset audio or your radio audio, it did not make mine louder at all. The microphone did transmit effectively and clearly but I would not purchase this unless you want others to hear you but you can't hear them.

This is the best mic and PTT for Walker Razor hearing protectors. I've bought a lot (six) of these from different places. I just tossed three PTTs in the garbage because they didn’t work. After field testing this one, I was very pleased with it.
