If you want to cut a groove for 3/4” alum. track, this makes a perfect fit. Specifically I used powertec t-slot track.

Purchased to kill T-track slots in my new bench top with my 3 HP Bosch plunge router. Cuts were done single pass at full depth and were smooth and chatter-free. Track fit perfectly!
