This is a fantastic bit. It does NOT come magnetized but holds screws about as good as a regular magnetized bit. If you magnetize it you literally have to pull the bit off. This bit is the end of dropped screws. Also, it's dead straight, no wobble at all.

Not mentioned in the product description is the laser etched tip, holds screws like a chip. Way to under promise and over deliver!
