Product is heavily scratched and looks like it was used. Looks like someone had tried to open it. Products should be inspected before shipping.

I smashed my first one when my guitar strap inexplicably came of at a sound check. It went straight down on the receiver and smashed it to bits. Probably saved my guitar! Ordered the replacement and it works great. Some say my guitar sounds thin and it may be this wireless unit. I upped the gain on my preamp pedal and got the tone I like so I do think it effects tone but can be remedied through eq and gain adjustment.
