This is a heavy duty piece of equipment that I wished I had for the past 40 years! I have used bottle neck jacks all my life and most of the time it is kind of scary! I had one car wobble fall over! I feel so much more confident using this brace on all 3 of my Jeeps...yes, they need maintenance all the time! I am using it under my E450 Super Duty box truck right now changing out the wheel assembles. I am not even questioning it, as it is solid after 3 days! This is a must have for any mechanic or do it yourselfer until you-re too old to do kind of guy like me!

This jack adapter is heavy duty, the welds look good, and it locks your vehicle in for a more reassuring hold compared to just the bottle jack piston. I use it with a 12ton jack, but be advised the weight limit on this is stated to be 17,000 lbs. It does the job you want it to do and its a very useful item if you rely on a bottle jack to lift heavy stuff that could crush you.

I have a 12-ton bottle jack. I use it primarily to raise the wheels for maintenance on my boat and utility trailers. The jack's top is a textured disc of metal, and while that works, there's always the danger it will slip off.This device solves the issue. It fit over the disc, and provides a strong steel support that fits the square metal frames of the trailers, providing additional security.

Good heavy metal, should last a lifetime. Only complaint is the fit is alitte sloppy on a 12 ton bottle jack. Should work just fine

Helps me feel safer when using a bottle jack. Came in handy when using it to rotate tires on a Silverado. This hugged the axles no problem to keep the jack from moving.

My husband is very happy to have this bottle jack adapter to add to his arsenal of road safety equipment that he carries when we travel. It prevents the jack from slipping off any round object (i.e. axle) and makes it infinitely more stable and secure. The top of your jack needs to be less than 1-5/8" diameter to fit the adapter. This item is very heavy, is made-well with good welding and nicely painted to prevent rusting.

While using my bottle jack on a round axle, I worried about the safety of it. Then, when I saw a video that showed someone else doing it and their bottle jack actually flying out from under the axle, I knew there had to be a safer way. This adapter is heavy duty with the one-piece saddle and a heavy weld connecting it to the piece that the jack fits into. And the black coating (paint?) feels thick.

Ruggedly constructed. It should last me a lifetime. It fits perfectly over the piston of my bottle Jack. It cradles round or semi round material perfectly. No more concern of the axle slipping off the jack. This should be a standard feature on every Jack sold. I’ll never not have one of these again, I wish I got this sooner.
