Its composition is based on the addition of essential lipids to maintain the plasma membrane stability during the cooling process. To improve the viability of the stallion’s semen, use BotuSemen Special during the centrifugation process in freezing protocols.
Increase Motility
BotuSemen Turbo is an extender specifically developed to improve the vigor of the spermatozoa. Its formulation contains pentoxifylline, which increases the ATP (energy) of the cells. It is highly recommended for spermatozoa transport, and artificial insemination for samples that require better motility.

BotuSemen Standard can also be used as a pre-centrifugation extender, prior to resuspension in BotuSemen Gold, BotuSemen Special, or BotuSemen Turbo. It is suitable for most stallions.
