I am amazed at what you can achieve with the many designs that are included with this snoot. The combinations allow infinite effects. The unit seems well-made and operates as intended. However, the assemble onto the light source is a little tedious and requires patience. When ready it is quite worth the little extra effort. I'm having fun just looking at the many, many different and beautiful combinations it provides.

Dude this thing blew my mind when I first picked it up. It is a pretty beefy unit. Comes with loads of accessories! The build quality is really good, but the mounting system feels slightly fiddily with the projector attachments and the bowens mount. Overall I really like this thing, because it has soo many different patterns. And you could probably make your own patterns and fit it on there no problem.. The possibilities are endless. Using it with a godox bownes adapter.

Bowens Mount Snoot Spotlight GOBO Projector- Compatible with Aputure Amaran 60D/XS/100X/D 200D/X, Godox SL60, Includes 5 Color Filters and 31 Gobos. with 4 Leaves Barndoor Insert Studio PhotographyThis is a fantastic light accessory. Very well made and a great price. It is well engineered and feels like quality with a few notes. We’ll get to that in a bit. First it comes with some awesome GOBOS many are very on trend right now as well color correction gels. I used this on a major commercial shoot and the client is very happy with the results. Carefully note the two different models. One has more room in the back for tubes and modeling lights that stick out further and the other is for shorter tubes. The focus works great and truly has allot of features. One thing to note, in my use the internal glass warmed up my light a good bit giving it a warm cast, however using the CTB (blue) color correction gel dialed it right in. Overall this is a great piece and I am super grateful to have it in my lighting arsenal. Of note we were planing on going in a different direction and when I showed the client what it can do they immediately switched the plan and said yes do that please. So it earned a place on day 1.

Pros:allows for very detailed contouring of your light (for reference I am using the godox sk400iiv)there is about 3 to 4 inches of bulb clearance between the bowings mount rim and the inner lens.do not attempt to use this on a light that protrudes more than 3-4 inches. (this will not fit the Wescott fj400 light for example)other than that this spotlight is sharp, accurate, and the gobos allow for beautiful creative filtered light.this set up is beginning to replace my speed lights.the spotlight does get warm after a while but you can still touch it and manipulate it.its a quality build and very affordable. I recommend it to both beginner and intermediate+ photographers.Cons:weight. its heavy and it pulls on my light. This is by no means a deal beaker just know you need a quality stand (something that can hold up to 20 lbs in total)

This optical snoot is well constructed, comes with a plethora of lovely cut gobos and really innovates how you light your scenes. The light shaper paddles honestly seem like a game changer, you can cut them to any shape you like.Personally I've just been using it as a spotlight or to emulate blinds mostly, but this is a must have for any videographer and photographer.Emailed their customer service and got hold of someone who's taken care of my issues!

Doesn't fit Godox AD600 or AD400 as the bulb keeps it from connecting to the mount.

The shutters are a little fiddly and will be easy to loose and the lens barrel unscrews pretty easily in a way that's not intended. Would like it to focus a little closer But it's bright and optics are good and it's 1/3 of the price and weight of the other options. Will be useful and would buy again.
