We were so excited to set up the Bownet QB5 for our sons, and didn't mind paying up for a quality product. THIS IS NOT QUALITY. Upon opening the box, we realized there were no instructions so went online to the Bownet website for guidance. The video "instructions" were pathetic (no close up shots of the various parts/poles, etc.). I did get a speedy response from customer service, only to be texted another frustrating video. For $400, is it that difficult to include a simple one-page manual? Once we figured out the disastrous pole situation, we realized that the plastic part of the bottom base was broken (very flimsy construction). Called Bownet again... apparently this happens often, and after six minutes of arguing with a very sensitive, self-righteous representative, he said it's possible to ship us this broken part for $1. It should be noted that when I told the Bownet rep that I bought via Amazon, he was very quick to let me know that my problem was with Amazon and not Bownet. He insinuated that perhaps I was sold an already used product. He also insulted my intelligence by saying that it's actually very easy to set up (yeah, after 45 minutes...). This is not worth the money. My husband played professional hockey, and my father professional football (we have experience with A LOT of sports equipment in my house). Terribly constructed. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!

This was a gift for my 10 yr old grandson last year. I wanted something that would hold up to him and his friends and he would not outgrow. His dad helps him with set up and it has had lots of use this past year. They left it outside the whole time he was in football season. He loves throwing football and this gives us all a break and lets him practice. Don’t hesitate to buy if you are on the fence. It’s Jake proof.

My two teens are putting this through the paces we are into our second summer of use. Other that some sun fading on the net this thing is really durable and standing up to nearly daily use. The other thing I like is how quickly you can put it up and take it down in well under 5 minute.Well worth the extra money. My boys even created a game were they have to throw one ball in each pocket first one done wins. loser shags the misses next round

Excellent training tool. Same net the QB camps are using. My son has set it up in our backyard, left it up for three months so far, still in perfect condition and hasn't turned over once. He throws in it daily. Worth every penny if you have a QB.

Nice set up. Very sturdy. Pretty easy set up and tear down. 4 stars because even though it's a quality product it's over priced

Bought it for my nephew who is a college qb with a rocket arm. He loves it, easy to setup and built well (it takes a few tries to get the hang of it but now he does it in seconds). He has attended many camps and training centers so he has seen most brands out there, but he thinks this is by far the best one available. Customer service was quick and responsive when we had an issue after a couple of years of heavy use, this company stands by their products! Highly recommend this company and product line.

As advertised. Solid, well constructed, easy to set up. Worth the extra money relative to the cheaper versions we have used.

Love this net, easy to put up and take down. So well balanced that you could throw an official size football at this net 50mph with out it staked to the ground and it doesn't budge. Pockets are not big, challenging but boy does it feel good when you sink one! Not cheap but you get what you pay for. I don't leave mine out in the rain, I want it to last for 10 years. Wish they made a simple cover for it.
