Not as heavy or thick as other "double wall" boxes I've tried. I use these to transport heavy items (vinyl records) from Tokyo through to Seattle, and need boxes that can handle the wear and tear that baggage handlers will subject them to, so I need the sturdiest boxes possible. These will do in a pinch, but not as thick or as durable as I'd hoped.

Ordered these 24x16 double wall boxes to ship some 45 pound label printers. They’re sturdy enough to do the job, but tape simply doesn’t stick to them. I even tried the 3 inch ULine tape that has the tacky adhesive. A few minutes after taping them, almost all of the tape ends had peeled up from the boxes. Had to re-tape them all by running tape continuously around the box so the tape could stick to itself.
