Very cute costume, well made and true to size. Dressing up for the parade is a tradition of ours and as he grows every year I get the same costume in a larger size. It is very well made. It also holds up very well with playtime, he uses it for dress up throughout the year. I have washed it several times and the color does not fade. I have not put it in the dryer, I hang dry. I have also ironed it very gently with a steam iron and put a towel over it as I do it and have had no issues. It did also come with a hat that is not in two of the photos.

I almost don’t even have the patience to even write this. I ordered this as a gift for my son. The first time we ordered it, we ordered a large based on the sizing chart. He’s typically a medium, but when we got the costume it was still way too small. So I tried to exchange it for an XL. The company took like two weeks to send the replacement and sent me a small NASA costume instead. I AGAIN returned it (and had to eat the cost of shipping AGAIN) and we finally got the XL costume today and he’s swimming in it. How on earth can there be such a sizing difference??? Either their sizing chart is off or they sent the wrong size initially. Additionally, the material is insanely thin, and this costume is not cheap. Especially once you add in all of the additional shipping costs I had to pay.

Bought a size up so it would last more years but it fit him perfectly. So beware and size up :) Otherwise it is darling.

Bought for my small 11 year old. Costumes always run small so I got the Large 14 even though he normally wears a Medium 12. The sleeves were a little long so we just rolled them up. The vest fit good. The pants were a good fit but since he's not used to "knickers" and it was a costume to wear all day at school, he opted not to wear the pants. The hat was flat in the package of course but we just sat it out a few days before and stuffed it with a towel and it regained it shape by the time he wore it to school. I did iron it. The material is very nice. Nicer than your normal thin costume. The vest and collar are a velvety material. The white shirt, white knee socks and shoes do not come with it. The outfit is made up of the hat, jacket, vest and pants. Oh, and did i mention the really cool gold buttons? It was well worth the money.
