My son said "it's surprisingly comfortable" when I asked him how the compression liner feels in these. He loves the pattern and is looking forward to summer in these bad boys. The shorts fit true to size.

Traditional swim trunks have mesh netting inside which are incredibly uncomfortable and usually too tight. These swim trunks have a built in compression lining that is silky smooth and incredibly comfortable. They are breathable, fast drying and prevent chaffing. My son loves them even wears them around the house in winter!

Well, my grandson was excited about these - until he tried them on. The stitched seam of the compression shorts rubbed against him, uncomfortably. Rather than the seam ends being on the outside of the compression shorts, they are inside! I've looked at some of the other suits we have, and they either have the smooth side next to the body, have a gusset, or both.

This swimsuit is great. We ordered the 6-7 for an almost 7 year old and they were a bit big. He'll grow into them so I'm not worried about them. They are longer than I expected them to be. I'd describe these more as board shorts. We like swimsuits above the knee and these definitely were longer. With that being said, the inner lining is amazing and makes them comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

We put in a pool last year and the grandkids and their parents keep swimsuits at our house so they’re ready to swim when the mood strikes or soak in the sauna when it’s cold outside. A couple of weeks ago my 11 yr old grand son put on his suit and as he ran past me I said, Oh my, we need to get you some new trunks! I found these and they are absolutely perfect for him.Two outstanding features - an actual functional drawstring to keep those trunks from falling off his skinny hips and a nice compression liner to keep him comfortable and protect his modesty.The trunks are well made and he’s really happy with them…especially the pattern, as he loves gaming. The pricing is what I would expect for a good quality boys suit. I definitely recommend them.

These are really cute. Vivid colors and design. Excellent quality all around. I love the liner and pockets. Having a drawstring waist is helpful.My son is 15 y/o. 6’1”. 135 pounds. 31” waist.I ordered the 15-17 (3XL size - waist 28”-30”). They are true to size as the waist barely fit him and they were tight through the butt. So if you have a big booty, I recommend sizing up. :)I totally recommend these and would not hesitate to purchase again.

These swim trunks are fantastic. The quality is top notch, the print/color is very attractive, and they wash and wear perfectly. What I really like about them for my son in particular is that he is very skinny and tall so many shorts/swim trunks don't fit him. However, these have a fantastic tie that can secure the shorts around my son's waist (which is no small feat because he is REALLY skinny). I would absolutely recommend these swim shorts and will be buying them in different colors.

I got these swim trunks in a 12-14, thinking they might run small but they are actually true to size. That’s ok with me because my son, who is at the top end of a size 10, is growing so fast he will probably be big enough to wear them by spring. But if you are thinking of sizing up, I wouldn’t. I got the pineapple design and it is very cool. My son loves them and they are very festive. He said he wants to wear them on our upcoming cruise because they are so tropical. They are lightweight, and I love the orange compression layer on these because the trunks are lighter in color.
