Much better to use this rather than spreading a link in you decorative chain, attaching and trying to get the link back to looking like new

This would probably still do the job for my light fixture but the thin metal and shallow threads aren’t confidence inspiring. Intended for very light use in my opinion

I'm not sure how any lighting company expects the average person to be able to squeeze those chain links into anything that looks remotely decent without scratching them, warping them or pulling down the whole entire fixture. We opted for two of these instead to attach the top and bottom of the chain and we're so thankful that we did. It made hanging the light independently so much easier!!

I thought this would be a great solution to hanging my new kitchen light rather than trying to squeeze those darn chain links closed, but it’s just terrible. I don’t understand all the great reviews. The concept is great but the quality is not. I ordered the bronze color. I was careful in attaching it, but just the slightest bit of rubbing on the fixture caused the finish to start flaking off. It’s silver underneath, so now it just looks bad.

Top quality! Beautiful finished but pricey. Oh well... It was needed to finish my breakfast fixture look.
