My old truck had a problem with pressure switches on the rear brake line. The pressure switch would start leaking after about 6 months and after switching it and bleeding the brakes all the time I found this switch. I have installed it and it works great.

Made of cheap plastic, when tightened to steel mounting one of the mounting ears cracked, I was stall able to used it but the ear may break off in the near future

At first, this looked like a perfect fit for adding a brake light switch to a vintage car. Was very careful in mounting the switch as the ears looked thin. Carefully mounted using washers and small hardware, being sure not to compress the weak looking rivets around the plastic ears. In testing after mounting, I found that the metal bottom or the plunger connects to the 2 terminals at part on/off. So beware that any wires connected to the terminals will be briefly connected to the case or plunger mid-way on/off. I saw a major current spike at "part pedal", but OK at either full-on or full-off. So in changing my wiring scheme, I had to remove the switch at which point the plastic mounting ears shattered. This would not have held up to the vibrations of the vehicle near the pedals. I'll be going to an all-metal case switch from now on.
