Build is very solid! BBQ'd for the first time yesterday and it kept the heat consistent. Had a little hiccup with the product when I ordered but they took care of it in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this grill and the seller!

My husband and I are from Argentina, so grilling is in our blood. We’ve tried many grills, and this one is amazing. It keeps the heat really well, so the food cooks evenly every time. There’s lots of space, we can grill for family and friends without a problem. The air control makes it easy to get the right temperature, and cleaning is super simple. If you love grilling, this is a great choice!!!

Not great. I had an akorn that I had to leave behind in a move. I like this one because of the prep table, but otherwise the smoker is mediocre. Doesn’t seal well so smoke and heat escape. You’ll want buy the cover or keep it covered because water will get in. The half rack accessory is useless.

American made and totally awesome. You don’t need one of those $3000 dragon eggs. This does the exact same thing. And it’s american made!

I've used this grill numerous times not in the last couple of weeks and it is AWESOME! It is very well built, very sturdy and easy to use, and the grill is easy to control when it comes to temperatures. Putting it together was pretty straightforward and it took a bit of time. Granted, I put it together alone so that probably had something to do with it, but still a straightforward process. After I finished putting it together, I cleaned everything, got my lump charcoal hot, and grilled! All went well and it worked flawlessly. If you're in the maret for a kamado grill, GET THIS ONE! The company is fantastic and the product is even better! This thing can get very hot, so keep an eye on that thermometer and happy grilling!!

I received my newest addition to my cooking family the other day. Assembly was fairly simple, and directions were easy to follow. I needed a little help from the wife only once. Just to hold the legs while I bolted them to the lower shelf. The cart is pretty stable and seems to be built to last. I like the fact that it has nice solid tires. I finally was able to get it fired up today (Sunday). I filled it up about ¼ full with charcoal and some apple wood chunks. I started up a few pieces of charcoal in my little chimney and put them in the middle of the pile (minion method). I put my Fireboard thermometer on the grill to monitor and compare grill temp to the built in gauge on the cooker. I set the air intake to “2” and opened the exhaust half way. Smoker came up to temp quickly. I noticed that the mounted temp gauge and my temp probe at grate level were off by quit a bit. With that being said, there are very few smokers out there that the mounted smoker is close a grate level temp probe. I let the smoker stabilize for a couple of hours to do a cure and burn off any residuals left over from manufacturing. I then put on some bacon and let them cook down (sacrificial fat). Once that was done, It was time for some chicken wings. I got those cooked up and devoured, but I left the smoker going. When I finally took the grate level temp probe off of the smoker, 8.5 hours later, the smoker was still at 300 deg. This thing will hold the heat in. It’s a very efficient cooker. So, I am going to rate this cooker based on cost vs. performance. It is a very sturdy cart with a solid cooker. I really like the cast iron grates. My next cook will be an indirect heat cook. Steak or a tri-tip. All in all it's a great cooker for the price. I will post more on IG, Pigfarmersbbq
