Decently built, doesn't disassemble for maintenance. The glad pane on the marble end was broken, made for many unwanted reflections of the cracks. I just removed the glass. Marbles could be brighter colors, the ones provided are rather dull colors. Needs a larger peep hole, but probably requires larger cylinder. Overall is a nice piece.

This is a stunning piece. Definitely suitable for gift giving, and display. Beautiful heavy gorgeous brass engraving, and the marbles are a variety of colors. Mesmerizing kaleidoscope of shapes and colors. I rarely leave Amazon reviews, but this item is well worth posting positive comments.
