I used this for a fairy costume I made. I glued LED lit vines, old fake flowers I thrifted, moss, and pinecones. It held up well to me pulling at it and some of my decorations getting stuck on door handles. No ripping. Fit well, wasn’t too small or big and had great volume. This was key to my costume. It was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay but well worth it.

Actually bought this for Bernese mountain dog 105lbs to wear in Derby fashion show. Perfect length. Wish it came with lights. Will add my own.The Simplicity skirt had white lights but too short and lights wouldn’t stay on.
