I put it on my 07 fatboy because I had cords showing. 3 months and 2000 miles later I discovered it's pretty good in the rain. Seems to be holding up decent

I can't speak to longevity or other factors since I just mounted it but I did a 500 trip on it and it felt pretty good. Hit a pretty wet rainstorm last 50 miles and it held fast. I mounted this on a 2006 Harley Nightrain which takes a 200mm rear.

Ordered and installed June of this year. I had to change it in November (5 months). Got approximately 6-7k miles out of it. Definitely not recommended, and won't buy again.
