My wife has never had jewelry before so I wanted to treat her on her birthday by getting her a Jewelry box and several sets to fill it. This was one of the pieces I bought for her but as soon as it arrived and I opened it i could tell something was wrong.The pictures make the sapphire color appear more vibrant, but the item itself appears more like black diamonds with the metal they used to hold the stones. Only when you hold it up to a light source does it appear sapphire at all.Worse yet when I set it down to arrange it in the box part of it snapped off and fell to the floor. I didn't even set it down hard and stones of the necklace were already falling off.I would look elsewhere if you are look for jewelry.
