Medium fits my 95 lb. 12-year-old perfectly. Only padding on outside of arms. Great mobility.

These are great arm guards. My son plays midfield position - these are the right coverage. I wasn't sure what size to get as he his tall (6'1") and thin (maybe 150lbs), age 15. The large fit great.

I bought these for my ten year old son. He is tall and thin, but an average sized kid. They fit him perfectly. I paired them with a matching pair of gloves and they look super sharp together.
