Being a person that needs to wear compression socks for most part of the day it's very important to have a pair of socks that is comfortable but still provides the compression I need. These socks are pretty good overall but they do have something a little different from other compression socks I have. They have a little extra cushioning on the bottom and in strategic areas around the food which actually feels really good especially when I'm at home with no shoes on. Having that extra cushioning does make a difference. Although when it's time for me to put shoes on to head out, well, this extra cushioning, which adds to the thickness, has made my shoes fit not as good as they would with regular compression socks. Depending on how long I'll be gone from home sometimes I need to switch to a more normal compression socks with no extra cushioning.The compression is quite good with these socks providing a nice gradual compression throughout the entire sock. The fit around the foot and ankle is as expected and fits just fine. However, as the sock goes up and is around the calf area I notice a lot less stretching in the sock. This minimal stretching in this area can lead to some discomfort after wearing them for a whole day. The stretch in this area isn't as good as I would like it and would have liked them to be a little more stretchy here.The design is ok and isn't anything crazy or obnoxious. And when I do wear these with shoes there's only a little part of the design that's visible since most is now covered by the shoes.When it comes to washing I have only hand washed these socks and let them air dry. I've found this way to ensure my compression socks last for as long as possible before falling apart.Overall, a good quality compression socks that has extra cushioning in certain areas that does help but the extra thickness can make trying to fit in my shoes a challenge at time. I've found these socks to be best used around the house and no so much when going out or whenever I need to wear shoes. As far as compression goes it does a good job giving me the relief I need without being uncomfortable. But the calf area is a litle tighter and less stretcy which can be uncomfortable if worn for an extended period.

These socks are very comfortable and excellent for working out in. It provides excellent compression and is easy to wash.
