After 13 years, my bathroom fan finally came loose from the motor shaft. Finding a different bathroom fan assembly that would fit the same footprint and duct diameter was expensive and not many options, so I bought this fan motor assembly. I took apart the fan, cleaned everything, and installed the new fan motor assembly in about an hour with basic tools and it works like new. Good purchase!!

I never realized how critical a bathroom fan upgrade could be. It took me a good amount of research to see what would fit in my bathroom as I wasn't going to make the hole in the ceiling any bigger since I'm renting. This fan fit perfectly, and I installed a bluetooth speaker/lightbulb combo in there at the same time. This fan is loud and can move a lot of air, both of which are important factors to me. After I take a hot shower I close the bathroom door and the room isn't moist after 20 minutes with this fan on. The fan that I had when I moved in took hours to dry the room. Now I'm also bumping music in there. Completely happy with this purchase.

Fit and worked perfectly however no amount of easy install or fit can make up for the poor job my original installer did :D Certainly a very cheap flimsy light fixture for how expensive the whole thing was when you look at the entire lights available at stores - bad design would not rebuy this light but the fan unit - perfect
