Its worked great the second time around. The product calls for the same diameter of the bore.. Well, my bore is exactly 3-1/2 inches so naturally I ordered the 3-1/2" brush. I read all reviews and called to confirm the brush was calibribated the extra length needed to hone the cylinders. The brush wasn't, it was the exact fit. I sent it back and order the 3-5/8 inch from the source. Ladies and gentleman I totally agree this is a great honing tool. Be sure and order the next size up. Also be prepared to go out and grab lengths of tubing. This brush cannot start rotating in the cylinder. Attached tubing on both side to whatever your honing. The balls shoot everywhere if you don't. Lesson learned.

this hone was very easy to use and worked almost effortlessly ! save a lot of $$$ and do it yerself !
