I bought this set and one from eBay to compare. I needed a lot anyway for a party. Both sets arrived and were missing chips. This set was missing nine of the green $25 chips, but it has a sturdy case to hold them (which doesn't explain how nine chips were missing after shipment). The ebay purchase came in a taped, sturdy cardboard box, and was missing two chips, and one was broken showing the center metal core. On average, these amazon chips weighed about 13.2grams each. The ebay chips weighed about 14.4g per chip. Both feel fine. Cost, before taxes, was this amazon product, $169.99, and the ebay product $169.21. The ebay product arrived two days faster. So, similar product, but this one has a sturdy plexiglass-type case to carry it, and the ebay product does not. The ebay chips are heavier and feel more genuine. If the seller made me whole here, but shipping the missing chips, I would change to five-stars, otherwise, I am happy so far with the product. I would recommend this over other chips due to the sturdy case.

The chips look great! But case was completely broken it moved around in the box so much when I picked it up. Come to find case was broken and chips everywhere. Also chips missing!!!

The handle has come off only after half a dozen uses. The construction at the bottom is two screws which are a bit too small for all the chips. The handle just came off when picking up - just could not take the weight . Sadly the handle broke after the return window.The chips, however, are very nice. Great weight and feel.

This particular set of poker chips is, in my honest opinion, a decent bargain at a fair price. Granted, there were a few defects, but far fewer than I had anticipated. As mentioned in other reviews, the case looks sturdy but is only held together by two screws, so definitely wouldn't attempt to pick up the set by using the handle.

For what you pay and what you get it’s a great buy. Shipping came a little beat up and missing a few items but they sent replacements.
