I bought these over a year ago but wanted to make sure that they are thoroughly tested before posting a review. In the last year, I have only broken ONE of them, which says a lot. And the one that broke was totally my fault since I dropped it on concrete from a fairly high distance.I've also dropped a second one on my garage floor. That time, it literally bounced off the ground a few times and survived without even a scratch!Suffice it to say, I absolutely love these. I've bought a few sets from other brands and they have all wound up broken within weeks because of their super thin cheap glass. These are stylish and beautiful, keep your drink warm, and are quite durable.

I’ve ordered them a few times over the years, love them. But recently, I have ordered them and one glass was deformed on the bottom, another one had a crack. I’ve replaced them and got new ones, but this pack has a cup that has something dirty INSIDE, no way to get it off. Too bad it’s a Christmas present, so I can’t try the luck and replace it another time since it’s 2 days until Christmas. Overall though, very nice product.

If you, like me, enjoy curling up with a vat of warm cocoa/tea/coffee, or a full bowl of soup in a mug, I highly recommend the BTäT double wall glass mugs. I can warm -but not burn!- my fingers on my hot beverages, which stay warm right to the end of the cup or series I'm binge-watching, whichever comes first. Best of all, they fit into the dishwasher and clean up a treat, so they're attractive and ready to use again next time. A lovely winter indulgence!

Good quality cups, they are very stylish and light weight. They keep my hot drinks hot longer than your standard cups.I prefer handwashing these with warm soapy water because they are very delicate. They are easy to wash by hand.I would get more of these in the future.

These cups are so lovely everyone comments on them. They never get warm on the outside but keep your drink hot on the inside. No problem putting these cups down on a wooden table cause they are never hot enough to leave a mark. They are thin but strong and very elegant. The fact they are dishwasher and microwave safe is a double plus...

We were interested in glass double insulated cups, but not sure which to go with, or if they really worked well in keeping the coffee hot. After much time reviewing different brands, we purchased BTaT cups. We are both extremely pleased with these cups and they meet all our expectations. Pros: Keep coffee hot for a long time! Light and Easy to hold. Look really great. Dishwasher safe. These cups are already my favorite. Cons: One of the cups was cracked upon arrival. I e-mailed BTaT and within 15 minutes I received a reply that they would send me a replacement cup immediately. So, bottom line, if you are shopping for new cups - I highly recommend these!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase (4 coffee mugs, 16 oz each). They are very durable and sturdy despite the fact that are light. Of course I do not drop them in the sink or on the counter, because they are made of glass. But you don't need to be excessively careful either. They are long lasting, strong and beautiful. It is a pleasure for me and my family to drink latte every morning, or tea in the evening. They keep the drinks hot for a long time. I did not put them in the dishwasher and I have no intention to try. They wash immediately under a jet of warm water. It is actually a pleasure to wash them, and I don't want to miss this beautiful experience in the morning, although my entire household (me included) are in a hurry to get to jobs or schools. I recommend them without any hesitation. You will NOT regret buying these mugs. By the way, I am an amazon customer for many years, but I usually don't write reviews. This is a very good quality product, and I want other customers to know. Thank you for making a good product.

Love the size and appearance of these very lightweight mugs and think they're a great value compared to other brands. The silicone seals are intact (very tiny, on outside bottom of mug - all double-walled items like this have them; they vary in quality and I think these are excellent) and they were packaged well for shipping.If you're new to this type of glassware, here are a few things to know: 1) they really are super lightweight - great if you have arthritis and have trouble holding a large, heavy mug, 2) you really can pour boiling water into them, 3) they keep temperature for longer than a ceramic mug would (even longer if you keep covered with a silicone coaster or drink topper), 4) they're more durable than you'd think but should still be handled with more care than an everyday ceramic mug, 5) I recommend using a silicone spoon to stir instead of a metal spoon, to avoid scratches and breakage, 6) I also recommend hand washing with a cloth or other non- scratch material and 7) recommend you avoid leaving them to soak in sink or dishpan for two reasons: they'll be hard to see and you may throw heavier items on top of them that would scratch or break them, and because the tiny silicone seal on bottom may leak and water will get in between the walls and be difficult or impossible to get out.I realize that makes them seem like very high-maintenance mugs, and perhaps they are, but I love mine and don't mind taking good care of them!
