Looks great and relatively easy install. instructions missing but was able to find on the product page. packaged very well - several of the glass balls broke but there were a number of extras. Overall very pleased with the product, look at service!

Very high end feeling chandelier. Even saw this same exact style lamp at a fancy winery in Napa one week after we installed them. Only wish I went with the larger size for our staircase. Also, it did take some time to install all of the glass pieces one by one. There's no instructions on that, hense "DIY" in the description. We went with a matching one for our seating room as well.

We installed this gorgeous light at the top of our stairs and it is such a statement piece! 100% worth the somewhat tedious task of getting all the glass balls in place. Excellent price for this showstopper! Just buy it!

Took a while to hang but was well worth the time and effort. It’s really cute and gives off a subtle glow. Be prepared to get creative with the placement of the balls as it is randomized.Even though we broke one of them by mistake, there are more than enough extras in the box.

Gorgeous chandelier and customer service was great. Very easy to put together (recommend hanging on a pole so you can use two hands).

Just what we needed to finish off our new den space. How cool to have the look of a real Chihuly blown glass chandelier at this price point. Although there were no clear directions how to attach the glass balls, it’s fairly easy to figure out and was installed in no time at all. Have always loved this fixture which costs thousands more on other sites. Couldn’t be happier.
