What to Expect
The plant(s) you receive will be similar to the listing photos. Plants are shipped in soil with a pot that is the size stated in the listing. Sometimes, depending on our availability, you may receive a size upgrade, or multiple plants to ensure you get your money's worth of plants. When you order from us, expect to receive a healthy, well-rooted plant packed with care. Our packaging is designed to ensure your new green companion arrives in excellent condition, ready to thrive in its new home.
Assortments and Substitutions
All assortments are grower's choice, and substitutions may apply based on seasonality and availability of the plants. We will always try our best to get you very similar plants. If you have specific requests, please contact our customer support. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
During Transit
Plants are perishable items and shipping can be tough on them. It's not uncommon for a plant to experience stress or show signs of transit wear like slight leaf loss or soil displacement. If your plant arrives damaged, contact our customer support immediately. No need to send the plant back! We're ready to help with any issues, providing quick replacements to ensure your satisfaction.

Received my rabbit's foot fern yesterday and I love it. It came very well packaged, and the fern was in good shape. It's a little small, I didn't realize how small a 4" pot was but I'm sure it will grow.

The plant I received was beautiful. It was a good size, not a single dead leaf. The packaging was the best I’ve ever seen. I hope I can keep this alive now. If not I’d return tot his seller to try again.

It’s amazing that this little fern ships all the way from Florida to me in WA state and is so healthy and in such good shape! I love its delicate feathery fronds! And it’s even got baby rabbits feet starting to grow!

The plant arrived packed well, with damp soil and suffering no damage during transit. It’s a beautiful fern, well shaped & full. It’s on the small side, but is already outgrowing its 4” pot.
