this house set is prettier than the picture, it is not for a beginner as the instructions are hard to follow and there are many of them for each piece. something is said about the back this and that not clear. be sure you have plenty of needles to fit the small beads. for the back i traced the house onto my own felt and blanket stitched it. Three weeks later, am i the only one having a problem with the back pieces fitting and unclear instructions? I found best to sew all pieces on....then sequin them. That way thread does not get caught on sequins.

I just finished this kit. It did not contain nearly enough white sequins and it did not contain quite enough white floss. I ended up buying those items at a local craft store. I am only giving it three stars for that reason and because I think five houses and one church do not make a very interesting village. It would have been nice to do a couple of different kinds of store (cafe, candy shop, etc.). I did have a lot of fun doing it, and even made some changes on my last two houses (for example using different colored sequins than required in the directions to simulate Christmas lights). Also, I could not figure out how to do the "cording" for the hangers without watching a video on YouTube. The instructions were useless for that task. I do recommend it overall. It is essential to buy small sharp scissors. I also bought a crafts case and some flat plastic bobbins for the floss, which were very helpful.

These will be used as Christmas decor , on wreath, tree on just window display. Colors and designs are fun to create. Did enjoy doing different styles. Recommend if you like sparkling details

Very nice kit with easy to follow instructions the only problem I had was I needed to buy a pack of white floss as I ran out, no problem as it is not even a dollar. I am experienced at doing these type of projects so I did not misuse it. Still it is a good kit and once finished you will use it for years to come.

Como todos los productos Bucilla, muy sencillo (si te gusta coser y bordar), muy entretenido, y al final quedan muy bonitas las casitas. El tamaño final es grande, entre 10 y 15cm, para que lo tomes en cuenta si las quieres para un árbol pequeño.Como extra necesitarás algodón o algun relleno para algunas piezas. Sugerencia: compra más agujas, en le paquete solo vienen 2 y nunca terminas de cambiar hilos.
