The part that attaches the handle to the float arrived two days later than the main package. Customer support was prompt in tracking my package and gave me a small discount for the minor delay and confusion this caused. All of the parts seem sturdy and good quality out of the box. I expect the product to work well, but I will update the review again once I have used it for for a significant amount of time and see how it performs and how it holds up. Appreciate the good customer service!

The float too l has three options to adjust length, and the head is very wide and big, it is really helpful for my backyard project, easy to assemble and good quality!

Worked great after we received the part that attaches the pole to the float end. My husband panicked when the first box arrived and it had no part to attach the pole. He had concrete being delivered in just a couple of days. We reached out to the seller (they never replied) and the part came two days later. So not sure if they ship it separately or if they saw our contact and sent it? He ended up being happy with the product, but I took a star off for the separate shipping and non-contact. Seller needs to make note about the shipping of the part separately.

For what it is I’d say well made and worth it. Cheaper than stores and slightly better quality so I’m happy. Used it a few times and the turn of the handle tilts the blade to make long pulls easy. Handle extension is great as you can have it short for tight spaces and long when needed
