This works with my builder installed bullnose corners but not with my newer installed bullnose corners i recently installed. With that being said, this tool made for a very easy install of the crown molding on my older bullnose corner. Wish there was a tool for inside corners.

Had new house with bullnose drywall. Best invention ever. Be sure to use the 2 part glue. Spray and glue, so easy and fast. Can't see seams.

Easily marks the line where you need to measure to for a 22.5 degree cut. No more guesswork. If you’re doing any molding around a 90 bullnose corner. GET THIS!

I'm a do-it-yourselfer who never had any formal carpentry training outside of shop class in 9th grade, but I've been working with wood occasionally since I was 5. I was not looking forward to the job of installing baseboard molding in my house with these bullnose corners because I'd seen conflicting methods among pro and hobbyist carpenters on YouTube regarding how to measure and mark trim for bullnosing. This trim gauge makes me confident and consistent, though, and I'm getting good results.I discovered a technique that I haven't seen on any YouTube video, though, that works well whether you use this gauge or not: I install both my outer (leg) pieces of trim FIRST, and then use a small brass pocket Vernier caliper to measure the gap, transferring this caliper to the piece from which I'm going to cut the 5/8-1" piece for the center of the bullnose. Using a caliper means I don't have to "measure" anything, meaning I don't have to waste time thinking "is that line on the tape measure 1/16 or 1/32?" I just slide the caliper till it fills the gap, take the caliper to the piece I'm going to cut, mark it with a pencil, and cut. This trim gauge paired with a caliper makes the job idiot proof.

Baseboards without this tool never looked good on bull nose corners. Following the tool's directions and making sure to allow for saw kerf thickness, I was able to get precise cuts and much better looking baseboards. Ingenious little tool and an essential part of working with bull nose corners.

Easy to use, corners turned out great. No guessing with this template, just mark, measure and cut once. Saved me time and frustration since I don't install trim everyday.

You simply can’t cut molding for rounded corners (you can of course but waste soooo much material) without this tool! Once it arrived it was as if the lights were turned on and I could see my project clearly. Super easy to use and helped make perfect cuts. A MUST HAVE tool when redoing flooring.
