Pretty irritated to purchase an expensive product only to have it arrive, clearly already opened with all the packaging stuffed in the bottom of the box. Needless to say, pieces of the rack were missing and the bike was all scuffed and scratched.

I've loved using this to take my son to school. He gets a kick out of waving to neighbors as we fly by. Very stable and easy to install, it's holding up well. I would recommend this to others.
