Clutch cable was good quality. Fit just fine and easy to install. Electrical extensions had square fittings. My stock 2000 sportster has round fittings. I had to cut and refit these to make them work. Brake line was not 7/16th like I needed, so had to refit those also. Throttle and idle cable just barely fit, and they are adjusted as far as they can go. They were a pain to install because of the short length. Once I got everything back on, I find that my throttle sticks. I will have to take them back off and get different ones. This project that I thought would be one day has now been over a week as I keep running into these unexpected issues. I was excited to get this kit as it seemed so convenient, but I wish I never spent almost $200 to only get a clutch cable. I cannot return the kit as I have cut and refit half of it. I just want to ride. Sucks

This is my 3rd set of cables. I added 14 inch burley bars on 3 Bikes. Good price for a full set. If you have risers, add the height of them also. I needed 16 inch cables for 14 inch bars, because I have 2 inch risers.

I like the kit it has everything and everything went on smoothly except the clutch cable. I cannot seem to adjust. Adjusted out completely There’s still too much play. So I’m not sure if the kit is wrong or if they sent wrong length in kit

I went with 18 inch apes on my sportster and these had no problems with length at all. I had plenty of wire left. I routed it internally and have no problems with any of the electrical connections. It was VERY easy to install EVERYTHING IS LABELED!! you cant mess it up. Everything was included and I did not have to purchase anything else to complete my job.

Great kit ended up you doing how to disassemble to factory plugs I liked the fact of the wires are color coordinated I soldered and shrink to do my extensions after running the wires to the bars when I do my next one I will cut the connections off and just Sauter and shrink tube the extensions I was able to pull the wires through the bars with a small degree of difficulty at the bands because of how bulky and long the extensions are at the point where you add to the factory wiring the only reason I wanted the factory wiring was I was unsure how long that should really be I’ve also thought about just cutting them one at a time and adding any color wiring as it doesn’t matter what the shielding looks like otherwise the cables are great I opted to put a shielding over my Cables they look way nicer overall very satisfied with the product and packaging will buy from this Brand again

Added 16" Roland sands bars with 3 1/2" risers Not easy running wires inside but kit come with plenty of length cables, wire extensions, product said it didn't match my bike put I looked up the product number from jp cycles. Gave me the perfect fit all the way around. Will recommend

Great product, everything you need to do the job for 16" apes. Good quality and looks good. The hardest part ist getting the wires out of the stock connectors so you can add the extended wires. I would get it again and highly recommend this, don't go somewhere to get the job done and spend all that money, this is very easy to do on your own.

I bought this kit because it took all of the leg work on what I needed to put on a set of custom handlebars. You can find better cables and brake line, but you will also spend a pretty penny for them. Burly seems to give you exactly what you need at the price you need it. I'm very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to change their handlebars.
