Very poor condition, that it's not usable as it was. Parts wouldn't fit together due to the condition it arrived in. Very disappointing.

I was excited to order this grill and the box came with no holes in it and the outside box looked great, however the inside was a different story. Both side of the grill were dented, the top was dented in multiple places and only one leg would slide in the holes they were supposed to go into. Three of the holes were bent so bad I had to take a hammer and punch and straighten them out the best I could to get the legs to go in. One square leg hole was dented over so far that a metal lip next to it kept the leg from sliding in. It took me 15 minutes of trying to get it back where it was supposed to be. Then I had difficulty with one leg and it was bent and not square so it would not slide into the hole. The packaging for this grill as heavy as it is, which comes with a label saying buddy lift, was very inadequate. I have never ever purchased anything that was beaten up they way this was. My heart sank every time I found another dent. I finally got it together and put it on the back deck. I would also caution to wear gloves if you take the black metal removable grate out because I happened to reach inside to pull on the grill there and almost got cut. The single edge metal was very sharp. There are very few words with the directions and no directions to screw the gas hose and regulator on. I figured out you have to remove the plastic cap and screw the hose on. After this I hooked a gas bottle to it and fired it up. The grill auto lights and both burners worked fine. I have no doubt that the grill works fine but cosmetically it needs to go to the body shop as the body is very lightweight. I rate this grill 1 out of 5 stars due to inadequate packaging, and the grill being dented in roughly 10 places. I think as lightweight as the body of the grill is to sustain this many dents is way overpriced at $499.00.

Likes-Griddle is made of stainless steel-Cast iron burner-Includes condiment pans and lids-Once put together, it doesn't feel wobbly-Good castersDislikes-Not all of the steel is 304; tested by using a magnet (it stuck)-Metal sheeting is a bit thin-Griddle takes awhile to heat and it did warp a little on the first burn-Had a dent in between the griddle and burner-One of the openings for the legs was bent and it was difficult to stick the leg in-Wouldn't griddle use on a windy day due to small flames-Temperature sticks near the dials are inaccurateOverall: I'm not sure if I would recommend this cart if you need a good griddle. It takes awhile to heat up and the small flames don't output as much heat as I would like. The burner heated okay but nothing like the picture. Although the steel sheeting was thin, this still felt sturdy when put together.

The end result is a fantastic cooking experience. The griddle heats evenly, cooks beautifully, and cleans up easily. I've been using it frequently and have been impressed with its performance. If you're willing to put in the time to assemble it, I'd definitely recommend this griddle to others.

10/10 I’m looking to invest in a pop up concession stand and this is PERFECT! I love that I have the containers on the top of the grill and I’m able to fry food and grill at the same station.
