All materials were great quality, no particle board. Assembly instructions were simple and actual assembly was a breeze. All pieces were well packaged/protected.

This is an extremely sturdy desk. I fault the manufacturer for 2 reasons. The first, not all the parts came and it took a week to get more parts. even after I offered my credit card for Express delivery. They don't offer faster replacement. Second, it comes in 2 separate orders with three books of directions. There was no wording in the directions, really have to know what you are putting together. The craftsmanship of the deal itself is above reproach. I would order it again, even if I had to deal with the same issues. I am very pleased. The only reason I gave it the 4 stars, not 5 was because of the manufacturer and assembly, but also, when I used furniture polish the finish became slightly streaked and blotchy. I had I wipe it down with Murphy's Oil. And cleaned it up.

As i was looking this up and doing tons of research on this and there was nothing on this desk at all. The main desk is amazing. Very sturdy, reliable. down sides are you need to dust this desk alot which if you are clean should be no issue. If you have multiple monitors make sure they have the pads to prevent scratching because these do scratch. But if you are like i am and have not good luck with desks this is the one. I only gave it 4 stars because it is complicated to put together so paying amazon to do is more than worth the amount of money. I also gave it 4 stars because the locking system on the drawers is kinda whack. and the side piece isnt flush with the main part. But in all this is a great desk. I love it and will hopefully have this desk for a long time
