Pull off about 24 inches of toilet paper and fold it in half widthwise
uck the end of the toilet paper into the oval groove and wrap the toilet paper around the top of the windshield wiper
It is recommended to use it between the legs from front to back when sitting on the toilet
Press the button on the end of the long arm tissue wiper and the dirty paper will be ejected
Wipe and clean the wall
Tear off the protective film of the hook and stick it flat on the wall
Attach the white lanyard end to the hook

As soon as you apply any wiping pressure the TP or wet wipe falls out of the wiping tool. Wet wipes will clog up the toilet so this is a major flaw.

I recommend I different kind of wiper. I first bought this one that has a more bulbous end and it didn’t work because the round end was too big to reach the deepest part of the cavern, if you know what I mean. Also, the string used for hanging keeps falling off, which is super annoying.So I bought a different kind that just looks like tongs on the end. It’s skinny enough to actually get all up in there and clean everything. So I’d recommend that kind instead of this one.

This wiping tool was very useful after shoulder surgery and it helped me be more independent. There were a couple time that it got messy, however, because you just don't have the same control as with just your hand.
