We purchased and received our ovenSet it up, ran 2 cycles empty. The temperature was never steady. The pump created so much smoke it set off the alarms.. every time you degass it, you needed a screw driver to release it. It's basically garbage. We sent it back. The company charged us a 700. Restock fee. We did not see the product that was stuck on the roof from overheating.. we sent back through Amazon. The company is TERRIBLE. They basically said tough crap. It took a week of calls and emails to Amazon. This company makes there own rules as they go along. If they had the last vacuum oven on earth, I would rather go without than deal with them. Absolutely disgusting disappointment If you want to throw your money away highly recommend. ID SAY HARD PASS.
