decent fit and finish, working well so far. been used a few times. as a hobbyist that is still learning, they seem to be ok. what someone who actually knows what they were doing would say, i don't know. ut i am happy with them.

I try and keep one or two of these oversize tool holders on hand at all times and this one works well and is finished nicely. Sometimes I'll leave a setup in one for future use, which is why I got this latest. A long time ago I made the mistake of carving up a standard holder by cutting part of the lower lip away in order to use a larger cutoff tool holder. I assumed (Yup, damn dumb) that over tightening the tool holder set screws "Proofed" the bottom ledge was still strong enough. I was wrong and had a noisy lathe cutoff experience and fortunately flinched or ducked in the right direction.This particular holder is nicely made with no ugly machining marks or burrs, etc.Davegx

It fit my holder well and allows me to use some of the larger tooling I have. My only complaint is the set screws are not the toughest, Allen head strips out easily. I will be replacing them with higher quality ones real soon. But for 16.95 purchase price its not bad
