Purchased this sauce pan to use on an induction cooktop. Other pans would heat up right over the magnetic coil, but not distribute the heat. Required constant stirring to keep things from burning.This pan solves that problem. Even on the induction cooktop the heat is distributed over the entire pan and liquids heat up evenly. Great.Also it looks good and the removable handle is great for storage.
