Your cart is empty.Here is the perfect option for builders who want to put a basic piezo pickup in their builds, but don't want to be bothered with the headaches that come with sourcing the individual parts, let alone soldering and wiring them. This is a pre-wired, pre-soldered piezo & jack harness that makes it simple for you. All you have to do is attach the piezo in or on your build, drill a hole and mount the jack, and you're done! The 12" leads give you plenty of lee-way to mount the piezo and jack where you want them as well. The jack is a Neutrik 1/4" long-shaft phone jack, with a 9.5mm threaded shaft, which is GREAT for getting through the side of thicker cigar boxes, when compared to standard 6.5mm shafts. The piezo is a high-quality 20mm Murata piezo transducer, and the lead is a two-conductor shielded cable that can help reduce feedback and interference. It doesn't get much easier than this, folks! Bought because it is supposed to have long threads, but comparing it to my others, they are regularHole in my instrument for nothing yayoutput jack is faulty

I am using this to amplify kalimbas. I ordered one just to try it out, and I've purchased two more since. I suspect it would work well in many other applications, but I can assure you it works perfectly with kalimbas. You get more than what you pay for.

I bought this pickup for a Cigarbox Ukulele but used it on a nylon string acoustic guitar. It worked very well. The wiring allowed plenty of room for the installation. I only had to drill the hole for the jack and stick the flat, round pezio to the bridgeplate. Very easy install and sounded good through several different amps.

I just bought this about 4 days ago, it got here quick along with the other items in my order. I had a large order of similar mdse from various vendors, but these guys (C.B.Gitty) had the lowest shipping costs. I'm using this product to test the sound conductivity for various woods, etc. in the building of a porch board bass drum aparatus. I just stuck it on with some tape (to easily remove it to another subject later) and plugged it into my amp and/or pa. The little piezo picks up very nicely, and does just what I wanted. I'm not too good at soldering so already having the 1/4 inch jack attached was a time saver for me. I'm very happy with this item.
