The title says it all, my friends. This piece gets whatever word you can think of that's better than "awesome". It's that good!!Solid iron and made heavy, heavy duty! Huge, true to size 1" thick bolt 'n nut combos. Perfectly fit the 1" holes on my Ethos 1.0 power rack. Weight stack pin is made the same way.... it's one solid piece. Thick rubber bottom pad to protect your floors. Heavy duty cable and smooth pulleys. About the only thing I'll complain about are the near 3" carabiners. I like 4" for strength and ease of use, so I'll trade those out. Otherwise, even the included pull handle is high quality!Holds weight still. I loaded this up with 30 lbs first to test and then 80 lbs to do some rows. Fast or slow pulling, the weight stack barely swang. It almost perfectly lifts in a smooth straight up & down motion. Almost zero horizontal movement of any kind.Arm bar sticks out about 26" from your rack, so plan accordingly. Nice part is that it keeps your weight stack outside the interior cage so you can use that area for squats, bench press, you name it!Awesome addition to the home gym! This piece has exceeded every single one of my expectations. Most definitely falls into the category of KEEPER! Get one for yourself. You won't regret it!!

I recently set up this cable pulley system, and it’s been great. It’s definitely heavy-duty, made from thick steel, and feels really solid. The installation was straightforward, and the smooth cable operation makes it easy to use. I’ve put some pretty heavy weights on it, and it handles them with no problem. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my power cage, offering a versatile range of exercises.

Great quality for the cost. Heavy gauge steel and smooth pullies. I did have to modify the cable length to make this work for my low ceiling basement. As seen in the second picture. Highly recommended!
