The key to successfully installing this product is to:1. Download the VLI driver pack from via-labs.com website2. Make sure that you plug a power cable from your PC power supply into the card. It won't work in my own experience without this step.If you complete these two steps, the card seems to work flawlessly.

The USB card came with no instructions except a website which offered no support, no drivers nothing. Nothing is what I got. Plugged it into the proper card slot and nothing. No driver on the computer, internet or their website. Cannot return because I have high priority info on my computer and since this is made in China and DOES NOT WORK.. THESE cards could easily collect data to return to China; however, I do trust Amazon enough that I'm sure no malware was introduced to my computer plus I have kicka$$ virus software for protection.

It appears to be working correctly but a driver was not included. I downloaded one from another site and got it functioning but not sure if its running at the 3.0 speed
