The cable is great and all but it will be even better if it were made more thicker but it is doing its job.

This cable looked bad right out of the package but I decided to give it a shot. The lack of insulation and twisted pair arrangement made for a terrible connection. I get half the internet speed I pay for (only 15mbps normally and 7.3 or lower with cable) and it takes 5 times longer to ping speed test servers. Local data transfer is terrible as well, sub 30mbps. Save yourself time and spend a bit more to buy bulk and connectors to make your own cable from legitimate cat5e.Also when connected my machine automatically set the link rate down to 100mbps cat5 from the expected 1000mbps cat5e meaning its technical limits are low but its performance is even lower.

It is not standard Cat5e ethernet Lan cable the colors do not match it is not twisted pair seems like it's phone cable more than computer cable it works but the speeds are not very good on it anyway 200 ft of cable for 10 bucks was a good price I'll cut it into 10 foot links and make patch cables out of it would not recommend for a main line from router to your CPU or gaming console acceptable for short runs on patch links

Works how it should. The wire cover starts stripping away from the wires pretty quickly but it's long, cheap and doesn't affect performance.

Worked for about a week then quit me🤨Update: this cable is fantastic my son just ruined it! Hubby spliced it back together and it's crazy good!
