I wear a US 12/14 (L) and ordered an extra large. Be aware this runs slightly small as the XL was a good fit/not baggy by much. The shirt is of regular t-shirt quality and is thick. The design on the shirt is so pretty! The pants are very soft, if a bit long (I assume since I sized up). They also have pockets which I love.
