Okay, so this cake pop kit is actually a lifesaver! My kids are obsessed with anything sweet, and these were a HUGE hit. The kit has everything you need to get started, which was awesome because I'm not the most experienced baker. The mold is easy to use, even with my little helpers trying to "help" (aka poke at the batter). The stands are super cute and make the cake pops look so fancy. We even used the bags and ties to package some up for my mom. It was a fun afternoon activity for the whole family, and now I have a new go-to for birthday parties or playdates.

Holders are okay but when you do a 1 oz which is the standard cake pop you cannot fit them side by side without touching each other. I had to leave a space in between I actually only did six at a time. Also one time they started to tip over I had to put a weight in the bottom of the holder.

The only thing I wish this product would enhance, would be to be a bit more bottom heavy. I had a couple of “oh crap” moments when trying to move.

Many bakeries offer cake pops, and while I don't have a sweet tooth, I will occasionally indulge with my kids. But it always shocks me how much they charge. So Amazon to the rescue!Although it comes in a plain cardboard box, it's what's inside the box that counts. First, you get a stainless steel scoop, which looks like a pair of scissors and creates perfectly spherical balls from your batter. This simplifies the ball creating process, which normally involves rolling and shaping. The kit also includes two plastic cake pop stands, each capable of holding 15 pops, so they have a place to rest while the frosting solidifies. The rest of the kit is rounded out with 100 cake pop sticks, 100 plastic bags, and 100 gold foil ties, so you can store or gift your pops. There are a ton of cake pop recipes on the web, so just pick your favorite, that's what I plan to do.
