Fits a trx500fm Honda Foreman ATV. Pus front of seat down behind brackets. Lift the latch with your hand pus seat forward and down holding handle up then when in place push hand down and latch seat in place works great but you have to make sure you use the latch. Or you can break the seat spring latch. Happy with Price and construction for price
