03 (and other years) AC 400 has the same Kawasaki engine that the Suzuki Eiger and King Quad 400, but the parts for the Suzuki are 90% less expensive. AC has different jets in the carb but everything else I have replaced on the engine has been the same. I originally ordered this oil temp fan switch from Carbonline here on Amazon (brand name: NGHTMRE) for $12 bc it had faster shipping. Well they sent a coolant temp fan switch for the liquid cooled engines that didn’t come around until like 2010 I think. Anyway, this fit perfectly. Comes with a rubber o-ring installed; you should reuse or replace the copper crush washer that is intended for the application. This is not a place for a rubber o-ring.

Exactly what I needed for my 4 wheeler. My fan wasn’t working and after a lot of troubleshooting I determined I needed to replace the sensor. After searching Arctic Cat brand parts 🤑🤑 I was very happy to find this at a much better price.
