Checked my Stator first on my Vulcan 900, 58v AC out, .2 impedance between 3 phase coils, no ground shorts. Then installed this and the DC voltage was all over the place. Sometimes it would work ok at 14.0v, other times it stopped working thus not charging the battery at all. It was totally unreliable. I had two of these. Both worked the same way. So I returned the 2nd one for a refund; then purchased a $100 reg/rect instead that works perfectly.
