Didn't want to write a review until I had a chance to put some miles on them. I just spent 2 weeks in the highlands of Panama and put them to the test and can report that they were great! Very comfortable and stable both on pavement and on rocky steep trails. Love them.

I bought these sandals to replace an old pair from another manufacturer. At my age I am concerned with fit and comfort more than appearance. With some minor adjustments, these fit me perfectly. The soles are a bit thicker than those on my old sandals, but still OK. They are comfortable, which I appreciate since I wear sandals almost all year around, all day long. Workmanship seems quite good, with good stitching, no loose threads or other problems.

Sandals are nicely made with a couple of flaws: (1) sandals seem to run short. I wear size 12 men's and with my heel all the way back, my toes were at the very edge of the sandal front. Not a good place to be to avoid stubbed toes! (2) BIG PROBLEM -- very little arch support. I have high arches and they were absolutely screaming within 2 hours.So -- you may need to order a larger size than normal AND avoid these if you need arch support.

I like that the insole doesn't soak up water or stay wet a long time like others even though it has a suede leather feel. Fit for me is just right based on my normal size but just barely. Order your exact size or 1/2 over.

These sandals fit very well once the heel and toe straps are adjusted for your feet and have very comfortable egg shell foam insoles with fairly durable, flexible rubber outer soles.

I take 9.5 UK shoes, which normally translates to 10.5 US. But these sandals were only available in 10 US - I took a chance on this because I find that sandals that fit my wide feet are often a little too long for me. These are the best-fitting sandals I have had since the 1970s - perfect! I haven't got them wet yet, but they look like they will cope well with showery rain but not immersion in water. I intend to try and keep them dry, leather and water don't mix without a lot of tedious pre-treatment! The soles seem very robust, but are comfortable, and have a reasonable tread for coping with rocky ground. I've only worn them for about four hours continuous walking on roughish tracks but will amend this review if needed after the sandals have had a more comprehensive workout.

Unas sandalias muy muy cómodas y bonitas, funcional y estéticamente excelentes. El detalle es que al vivir en una zona (Yucatán) muy calurosa y húmeda los pies tienden a sudar mucho durante el día. Esta situación significa que la suela de las sandalias se humedezcan considerablemente y empiecen a despedir un olor muy muy desagradable al parecer por el tipo de material de la suela. Y ha sido imposible eliminar ese mal olor al grado que tendré que deshacerme de ellas. Y así lo haré con los dos pares que compré. Así que si no vives en una zona fría y seca evítate problemas.Aunque es contradictorio si son sandalias

I love these sandals! It took several days to get used to the accupressure sole points, but now the comfort is great. It can be so hard to find truly comfortable sturdy and well made walking shoes for women. These are listed as men's, but the navy looks like it can be for women. I bought two pairs of the navy since so many shoes are discontinued. I used to wear Clarks mainly, but quality in some went down, and some were no longer available. These are sturdy. I like the Camel color also. They are very reasonable in cost for this quality. Some sandals state adjustable, but not all straps are. These straps adjust to fit.With a knee and hip replacement, comfortable sandals are essential for getting needed walking in. With Amazon Prime, they arrived, and were quite reasonable for this quality. I ordered the same size in men's as what I take in women's, and it fit perfectly.

I have a wide foot with very high arch. I wear a US 10 size. Ordered these in a US 11/UK 10. They fit perfectly.The outer portion of the strapping is some kind of soft nappy leather (might be faux), while the side that touches the foot is a fine-wale material with a plushy cushion sewn in between. This makes for a very light and comfy (albeit non-waterproof) fit.The footbed has a series of raised mounds that may irritate those with extremely sensitive soles. I’ve experienced some minor sole discomfort in the past, but, so far, this footbed configuration has been sheer comfort.The bottom portions of these are non-skid rubber and seem to be well-constructed. Time will tell as to durability.Obviously, It takes a little tweaking to get the Velcro closures in just the right location. Once there, the feel is quite secure.My only wish for these is a magnetic closure for the instep strap. Repeated open/close cycles for Velcro tend toward reduced adhesion over time, often before the life of the other components. That, and the fact that dog and cat hair from my pets clings unerringly to the hook side, making the closure naggingly insecure. If not for that admittedly personal peccadillo, I would’ve awarded five stars.All in all, I’m really happy with these.
