These little kids' stirrup leathers are perfect for my students that are 3 to 6 years old. They are decently pliable leather but I kind of have tack-OCD so I gave them a quick soak in some pure neatsfoot oil and a swipe of glycerin soap. They're pretty even and haven't started to stretch yet but I'll have to remember to switch the left for the right and vice versa to keep them even. They fit perfectly through the little slots on our tiny peacock stirrups, and the buckles aren't the cheap. wobbly ones. It's soooo nice to not have to wrap adult leathers 4-5x to get the right length for the little kids. For the price, the quality can't be beat, they look and feel just like the ones I spent $80 on at our local tack shop that starts with a "D" and ends in an "R". I'm buying another set, for sure. affordable and classy looking. Slender. They are too short for an average nine-year old rider so am still switching back and forth.
